PVL Architects Inc. is an architectural design studio founded by partners Alberto Portela, Jr., AIA; Eduardo R. Valiente, AIA and Robert J. Lence, AIA in the belief that design and construction are inseparable.

PVL’s range of experience includes master planning, high rise condominiums, high-end residential, churches with ancillary buildings, fellowship halls and religious education classrooms in addition to public and private sector schools.

Our 75 years of experience also includes shopping centers, banks, medical offices, research facilities, historic renovation and preservation, office, retail and interior design.  We also provide all supplementary architectural services including zoning representation and all engineering disciplines.

We are advocates of sustainable design as it addresses the needs of our environment.  Alberto Portela, Jr., AIA, is a LEED Accredited Professional.
