After graduating from the University of Miami with a Bachelor in Architecture and, subsequently, gaining experience in all aspects of architecture; Alberto established his firm in April 1988.  With over 30 years experience in the architectural field, Alberto has become accomplished in educational and religious architecture as well as banking facilities and high-end residences.  His experience is not limited to these project types as he has been involved in all areas of commercial and residential projects. Alberto believes that each client deserves our full attention, our best efforts, and a final product that will serve their needs, enhance its environment and be a source of pride. The objective is to convert what was started as a business relationship into a lasting collaboration that carries beyond the corporate world.

Eduardo R. Valiente received a Masters Degree in Architecture and has over 20 years of experience. Eduardo is responsible for major projects including design, construction documents and supervision of high-rise and mid-rise condominiums, historic renovation and preservation, research facilities, office buildings, private residences and other archetypes. Eduardo has presented design projects to clients, developers, local governments, neighborhood associations and the Barrio Latino Commission, Ybor City, Tampa, Florida. Ed volunteers as program advisor and student project juror for the Architecture Academy at Tampa Bay Vocational Technical High School. He has been a guest juror at the School of Architecture and Community Design, University of South Florida; a guest lecturer at Shorecrest Preparatory School, Saint Petersburg, Florida and is a frequent participant in the Great American Teach-In.

Robert J. Lence became a registered Architect in the state of Florida four years after earning a Bachelor of Architecture degree with Honors. With over 20 years of professional experience, Robert has completed designs and construction documents for hundreds of residential and commercial projects throughout the state of Florida. While living in Miami in the early 1990's he established his architectural practice and conducted dozens of post Hurricane Andrew structural evaluations, becoming thoroughly familiar with local codes which heavily influenced the contents of the presently enforced Florida Building Code. Strongly interested in the fields of structural design and historic preservation, Robert has collaborated on the restoration of several historic buildings in Miami's South Beach and Coral Gables, as well as Tampa's Ybor City.
